Shipping Policy

Please know that I work really hard at shipping your items as soon as it clears on my end. Know that all products will ship within 3-5 business days. I appreciate your patience with me as I pack, label, and ship your orders!

Return Policy

Due to the nature of COVID-19, all items are final except for any damaged goods.

We ask that you refer to our size charts & read the detailed description before you buy. If you are uncertain, please feel free to use the contact us button to ask questions before you purchase.

Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of COVID-19, we will not allow exchanging any clothes items. However, exchanging any damaged unused non-clothes items is allowable (rips, stains, etc). An initial contact must happen within 2 business days of receiving the item.

If we sent the wrong size or style of clothing, please notify us within 24 hours of your delivery. Provide us with your order number, name and the email that was used on the order and we'll review the problem. We will find a way to fix the problem right away.

Damage Policy

If your item is damaged through the carrier, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number, picture, and a description of damages occurring during shipment as we need these for our insurance claims with the carriers. Email us if you have any further questions.

We will do our best to help resolve any issue you may have.

Missing Item Policy

I am sorry we forgot your item! Please send us an email or use the contact us link to provide us information on what we missed. Please make sure to provide us with your order number & email that was used on the order. We will review the order and will find a way to fix the problem.
